Cleaning up legacy records can be a daunting task. We make it easy with an offer that’s hard to refuse.

Storing records without descriptive information, missing metadata, and unknown contents?

To help uncover what’s inside those boxes, we’re excited to offer you a Smart Reveal Try & Buy trial. Select up to 100 boxes and we will take 4 photos of each box for $1,000 CAD.

Here’s how Iron Mountain Smart Reveal can help:

• Reveal box contents: Select up to 100 boxes with unknown contents. We’ll take 4 photographs of the exterior and interior of each box.
• Get the complete picture: Historical metadata is included to help you quickly understand what’s inside.
• Take action: Remotely access your pictures through a secure gateway and choose actions like retain, destroy, update metadata, digitize, and more.
• Consolidate with Iron Mountain: You can gain control of your entire records inventory, regardless of where it’s stored.

We’re offering this trial so that you can see the value of Smart Reveal for your entire inventory, not just your boxes stored at Iron Mountain.
